After experiencing Cheryl’s positive style as a consultant during our annual board assessment, the Board contracted Cheryl to facilitate our strategic planning process.  The session turned out to be the best we ever had. Many of us felt uncomfortable about predicting the future of our mutual and setting goals and directions for three years out.  Cheryl told us it was okay to feel uncomfortable and pushed us to consider future possibilities.  Throughout the day, she kept our engagement high and the board and management felt like a team as we worked through the key issues.  By the end of the day, we had a high level plan and metrics that both the board and management could buy into.
